1. Departmental Evaluations/Reviews
   Student Affairs staff members call when they are required/empowered to review their departmental programs, policies, and practices. Reports are summarized and suggestions for action and provided.
   
   
2. Fraternity/Sorority Community Evaluations
   The purpose of a community-wide evaluation is to strengthen and transform a campus fraternity/sorority community through true partnership, unbiased evaluation identifying critical issues and common themes, custom-designed community and chapter interventions, and a follow-up plan for success.
   
   
3. Leadership Institutes/Conferences
   Many universities have unique leadership development initiatives such as retreats, workshops, cohort experiences, mentoring, etc. Staff members call Npower to serve as a partner in the design, development, and delivery stages of these experiences.
   
   
4. Departmental Retreats
   Staff members call Npower design and facilitate full-day to weekend-long retreats to build camaraderie, strengthen trust and communication, and create an agenda for their year.

The Process:

1. Contact Karyn Nishimura Sneath to discuss your needs, the profile of your participants, and the outlines you desire.
2. Complete a Learning Outcomes Form to capture any thoughts we don't cover verbally.
3. From there we create a custom-designed program based on our conversations. We set key dates for deliverables and communicate regularly throughout the development of the program

Planning for the Future
Planning for your team's future involves more than just creating a mission or vision statement. Strategic planning involves listening to your constituents, identifying critical issues, creating a plan for success, and implementing the plan.

Presenting Leadership Programs
Some motivational speakers can command a room of 10,000 or more! Not me. I call those a "sit ‘n git" - you sit and you git information.

Those who have seen Npower team members present and facilitate know we work best with an audience of 20-150. We can stretch the interactive exercises for larger groups but with more people than that, the learning environment just isn't conducive to participant-focused learning.

Npower workshops are always interactive, but not "touchy feely." We promise people won't have to hold hands or sing "Kumbaya" during the program!
