Home Karyn Nishimura Sneath is the CEO of Npower and guides over one dozen facilitators, strategists, consultants, and speakers associated with her consultancy. Over the past eleven years she has custom designed and presented hundreds of training programs to meet the needs of various association and higher education constituencies. Nishimura Sneath has also designed and implemented long-term strategic planning initiatives with various institutions and associations.
The Past
While the majority of clients are associations I've also partnered with a number of corporate clients Bank of America, Procter & Gamble, and Motorola. The initiatives for these clients focused on individual leadership concepts, attitudes, and actions.
Bank of America Program: Brand & Advertising Division Retreat Service: Presented five-hour session on conflict management for Brand and Advertising Division in Charlotte, NC and San Francisco, CA. Led three hour session on personal leadership and communication styles during off-site retreat for Brand & Advertising Division, San Francisco staff.
Cambridge University-Massachusetts Institute of Technology Institute (CMI) Program: CMI Connections Service: Co-created original curriculum for an innovative leadership development curriculum focused on entrepreneurial leadership. This leadership program is now run at 13 universities across England and is a center piece of MIT's effort to share an entrepreneurial curriculum with the United Kingdom.
