Npower is a consultancy providing strategic planning initiatives, leadership training, curriculum design services, and educational resources. Empowerment started as a buzz word in the early 1980s but it's a concept that truly exemplifies what I do and what I love. It's giving power away to people so they can in turn, do good for others.

Npower is my vehicle for doing the work I love. My clients are manager-leaders, volunteer-leaders, student leaders ... anyone chosen or elected to their position. In my little world I believe everyone's a leader - most of us just don't have a title behind our names.

Association staff and volunteers come to Npower when they need help with strategic planning and leadership development initiatives. They call when they need train-the-trainer sessions, facilitated educational programs, and other resources.

Sometimes associations have the in-house talent to facilitate the leadership training programs... but they don't have the time or personnel to create the programs. So, we write leadership development modules (facilitator guides and handouts) for them.

University departmental leaders call when they need strategic planning, program reviews, staff retreats, and program development. Fraternity/sorority life staff members call for community reviews.
